Tile really can be considered an art form. There are so many ways to enhance a tile project by using decorative tile pieces called listellos, inserts, pencils, mosaics and the like. These decorative tile pieces are usually sold by the piece and are easily coordinated with a field tile. Medallions

Medallions are stunning in an entryway or foyer and are easy to install. Just lay down the decorative pre-cut and assembled medallion, place tiles around it, grout the entire area and you have a custom, eye-popping display.
